EPA Region 10 worked cooperatively with information technology experts
in EPA Region 8 and EPA Headquarters to develop a map-based "front-end"
application to access data in the national STORET database. ArcIMS applications
allow for the viewing and querying of spatial data. Tools provide functions
for changing the map display features, querying the spatial and analytical
data, and performing spatial analysis. The system is dynamic and additional
future monitoring data will be included.
Beginning November 2004, Bunker Hill/Coeur d'Alene Basin Superfund
site data has been available as a pilot at STORET.ORG.
